1990 - Started at East West under teacher Art Wilkes R.I.P.

 For many years I trained at and fought for East West 

With many trips to Thailand and seminars with my teachers  Kru Yai Art Wilkes and later with Kru Yai Alex Mcmillan until  Art Wilkes passed away in 2002. 

2003 - Passed my Kru Examination with Arjarn Kevin Lloyd.

With Kru Yai Alex I then helped to teach at East West.
2007 - Started my own club, East West Dragons, Sister to East West.

 In 2012 Kru Yai Alex retired through injury and I merged both  clubs.

 Teaching my own students and fighters, taking them to   fight shows, inter-clubs and seminars around the UK.
