Eligibility / Prerequisites:
Minimum 2 years of Muay Thai training or fighting experience
This course develops the foundations required to become an Assistant Kru, combining technical skill, cultural knowledge, and coaching fundamentals.

Basic techniques: guard, movement, stance, and footwork
Weapons: punches, elbows, knees, kicks
Target areas and basic anatomy for striking

Blocking, covering, parrying

Pad holding and use of equipment (e.g. heavy bag)
Warm-up, stretching, and cool-down routines

Theory
Muay Thai rules (amateur & professional)
Basic first aid
Continuous assessment throughout the course
Practical evaluation through assisting in training sessions

Course Duration:

Completion of a Muay Thai Boran course and/or Khan 11 Coaching Course
(minimum 3 months prior)
Must have passed K.M.A. examination
Recommendation from a Kru (teacher) or verifiable credentials
This course advances students to full Kru level, focusing on integrating Muay Boran techniques, mastering Thai terminology, and developing the ability to teach, assess, and certify students.
